How they met

Peter was living in New York at the time and was visiting his parents during his vacation. He invited his friend Vivian to come checking out the Milonga (Tango dance party) at Café Lumiere and Vivian invited Sarita to come along. The rest is history.
Peter's first impression about Sarita
"This girl doesn't wear make-up."
What Sarita has to say about Peter
"It's not easy to find a guy who doesn't mind shopping. But the best thing about Peter is he goes to concerts. Ok ok, and he also cooks!!"
The Proposal
Then, it was in the evening of Dec 20th last year. Peter and Sarita were vacationing in Koh Samui in Thailand. They were having dinner in the 'Sunset Restaurant'. The sun was setting and some cheesy American pop songs were playing in the background, Peter was so nervous that he couldn't stop giggling for like 5 min. Finally he calmed himself down and popped the question.
And, Yes, he was on his knee.
Where is the party?

The first time Peter & Sarita walked into the Red Theater (紅樓劇場), they immediately fell in love with this place, for its simplicity and its connection to the history of Taipei.
It was built 99 years ago in the center of old downtown Taipei - Xi Men Din (西門町), as the first state-own public marketplace. After WWII it was converted into a playhouse, then into a movie theater where mostly second-round movies were showed. It was declared by the city as a historical building in 1997, and now is used for performances and culture events. (more about Red Theater)
